MALIYATI FREEDOM · Family & Legacy Planning

Your future. Their future. A clearer plan.

A future planning area for understanding what you own, who you want to provide for and the records needed to discuss your legacy.

This page explains a future product area. Its tools are not yet available in the application.

What this area is intended to help you do

Your family and intentions

Identify the people and causes you want to support, their needs and your planning objectives.

Assets, ownership and obligations

Record ownership shares, debts, valuations and relevant beneficiaries without treating every family asset as personally available.

Gifts and proposed transfers

Distinguish a recorded gift or transfer from a future scenario. Keep dates, values and supporting evidence.

Professional planning review

Organize questions and documents for country-specific estate, trust and charitable planning discussions.

A clear boundary between records and decisions

US estate and gift rules and UK inheritance and trust rules are different. A gift to a grandchild or a transfer into a trust does not automatically reduce tax. Trusts and foundations require specific legal, tax and administrative review. This future area will not create legal instruments or transfer property through a planning screen.

Any future scenario should show effects on your own cash needs, retirement resources and intended beneficiaries before a professional reviews implementation.

Reference guidance: IRS estate and gift taxes · UK trusts and inheritance tax.
